Please be advised that this service may delay the shipment of your item by an additional 5-10 business days.
If this is not for a new gun from us but for Upgrades to one of your existing guns, you will need to drop it off to us or organize and pay for shipping to us at the Just Airsoft Guns store. You will also need to add return shipping to this product so that we can send the gun back to you.

YOUR GUN UPGRADES
You can also use this Upgrade Service for one of your existing guns. Simply buy this service and the upgrade parts needed before sending us the gun. When you send the gun to us, please put the order number on both the outside and inside of the box to ensure we have the correct gun for the work.
You can drop off your gun to us at the Just Airsoft Guns store. Alternatively, you can organize and pay for shipping to us at the Just Airsoft Guns store. You will also need to add shipping to this product so that we can send the gun back to you.
WHAT YOU GET
Generally, a single labor hour will cover any one of the following service requests:
– Installation of standard internal parts into the gearbox (pistons, gear sets, triggers, bearings, motors, shimming, etc)
– Installation of a wiring harness/hardwiring a MOSFET/replacing or repairing wiring
– Installation of an NPAS, Bolt, Trigger assembly, or recoil kit into a GBB airsoft gun
– Installation of compatible Spring/Cylinder/Bolt/Trigger upgrade components into a spring sniper rifle
– Installation of compatible rail kits, stocks, grips; rethreading an M4 receiver, etc
– Installation of upgraded flow valves, fill valves, base plates, etc into magazines
– Installation of an inner barrel, hop-up, and bucking components
Multiple labor hours may be required for the following:
– More than one of the above jobs requested
– Modified airsoft guns
– Full gearbox, mechbox, and/or rifle builds/rebuilds
– Fitment modification required to mount/seat parts properly

SERVICE TERMS
All upgrade services purchased with brand-new Airsoft gun(s) will be completed prior to shipping your order. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the completion of upgrade services. Extreme service requests that can result in increased wear/risk of damage, or are beyond technician recommendations, are not covered under warranty. In the event that the service cannot be completed as ordered, be it because additional information is needed or additional labor hours are required, a representative will contact you. From there, they will offer alternative upgrade options or confirm a refund/adjustment for the service/items ordered.
This service warranty covers upgrades or repairs pertaining to the original services requested. The warranty is void if the product is altered, disassembled, misused, or falls outside of the warranty coverage period.
Please note, proper maintenance will be required following any completed upgrade to an Airsoft gun. It is normal to experience an increased rate of wear on high-use parts following a performance upgrade. Just Airsoft Guns guarantees the completed upgrade work conducted from this service by our professional technicians and provides a warranty for 45 days from the day your gun is delivered to you. Please let us know right away if you experience any issues or have any concerns regarding the completed upgrade work.
Upgrade services are non-refundable once performed.
Tech Service Labor Requests cannot be applied to:
– Components that would require severe or irreversible modification to install.
– AEG builds that would increase a stock rifles rate of fire to higher than 20 rounds per second.
– AEG builds that would require the installation of a spring stronger than what the gun can handle. Generally, most rifles can handle up to an m130 spring.
– Boneyard, Open box, or Box of Awesome purchases.
– Repair of heavily modified or custom airsoft guns.
– Airgun, AEP, LPAEG, or Nerf/Dart guns.

Please describe the upgrades required in the NOTS box on the Checkout Pag when purchasing this Service Request.
You will need to perches all upgrade parts needed for the upgrade work on e one order with this upgrade service.
Please put the ORDER NUMBER on both the inside and outside of the package when sending the gun to us. If not, your gun could get lost within our system and take longer to track down and get back to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
The following shipping options are available when you checkout. The price and shipping options depend on your location and may only show when your address is entered into the cart or at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING... If free shipping is available in your State (shown below), you will automatically receive it when the amount in your cart is reached.
FAST SHIPPING... This is the quickest way to get your goods delivered. We will hand-pick the fastest service to get your order to you.
ROAD SHIPPING... Some products, such as Green Gas, CO2 and Smoke Grenades, can only be sent via road. Please select this service if you have any products that are road shipping only!
STORE PICKUP... If you wish to order online but collect your order from our store, pick that option at checkout. Please give us 2 hours to get your order together before colection.

AIRSOFT GUN AND AIRGUN RESTRICTIONS
It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state, county, and city and to comply with them fully. Below are examples of some state and local restrictions. This list shows products that are prohibited in the locations indicated.
All airsoft guns must have at least a 6 millimeter bright orange muzzle or an orange flash hider. U.S. federal law requires that all airsoft guns are sold with this marking to avoid the guns being mistaken for firearms. If you remove the orange muzzle or flash hider from your airsoft gun, you will void the warranty for that item.
Airguns (guns that shoot pellets or steel BBs) do not have an orange muzzle, nor are they required to have one by the U.S. federal government.
