UMAREX HAMMER CARBINE AIR RIFLE
The Umarex Hammer now has some company, the Hammer Carbine. Like the original Hammer, the Hammer Carbine is a bolt action repeating big bore .50 caliber PCP slug gun made for airgun hunting. The Hammer Carbine notably features an improved twin shot pressure seal magazine, a larger 35 cubic inch carbon fiber tank, and a much handier, shorter barrel. Even though the barrel is shorter by a 6 1/4 inches, it still delivers big power, launching a 350 grain slug at 820 feet per second and producing 523 ft-lbs of energy. With the larger tank, shooters can expect to get a legitimate 4 full power shots from the shorter hunting rifle.

The Umarex Hammer Carbine is engineered to give you a shorter and lighter model of this legendary PCP air rifle while also delivering the incredible power you’ve come to expect. With power up to 565 fpe with a 550 grain slug and speeds up to 820 fps with a 350 grain slug, you’ll get superior performance for hunting. You’ll appreciate the fact that Umarex has made this model lighter and about 10″ shorter than the original version, because you can now carry it more easily for a full day out in the field, and you can move with it more easily in tight spaces. You’ll also enjoy the bigger capacity of the carbon fiber tank, which has been increased to 35 cubic inches instead of 24 cubic inches for the older version.

Because of all the improvements, you get four full power shots from the tank that fills to 4350 psi, and it’s simple to monitor the pressure with the integrated pressure gauge. Plus, you’ll get consistent shots because of the regulator that runs at 3000 psi.
For improved long range precision, you can add a scope to the Weaver/Picatinny scope rail, and the AR Magpul style pistol grip has texturing and ridges to give you a firm hold. All airsoft guns must have at least a 6 millimeter bright orange muzzle or an orange flash hider. U.S. federal law requires that all airsoft guns are sold with this marking to avoid the guns being mistaken for firearms. If you remove the orange muzzle or flash hider from your airsoft gun, you will void the warranty for that item.
Airguns (guns that shoot pellets or steel BBs) do not have an orange muzzle, nor are they required to have one by the U.S. federal government.
