Small Tamiya to Deans Plug Wiring Conversion Set
This is a wiring conversion set for airsoft guns, it adapts a Small Tamiya to Deans Plug and back again. You can use the full set to make a more secure and faster to replace batteries without any ware an tear over time. Or use half of the set and use the other Deans plug directly on to yr battery. Or for advanced users scrap the Tamiya connectors altogether and solder Deans directly on to the gun and batteries and don’t forget to do the same on your charger.

Please note these adapters are for airsoft applications, however, some airsoft guns and RC models have different polarities. Please check before purchasing.
Why use Deans?
Dean connectors as you have most likely have seen, are in the shape of solid metal rectangles. Because of this, it has more surface area that is nice and tight when connected to your battery, this lowers the resistance of the electricity. This allows for less energy to be lost in the connection, through this a deans will last longer as well. The Tamiya connectors are a bit looser, they do not fit as snug as deans do. This allows for more resistance, and in some cases, a small amount of arching. If a small amount of arching does occur this fouls your plugs sooner and they start to fail on you. Both connectors work but with Deans, you get a better transition of power.
Some people have seen an increase in ROF and a slight increase in FPS!

AIRSOFT GUN AND AIRGUN RESTRICTIONS
It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state, county, and city and to comply with them fully. Below are examples of some state and local restrictions. This list shows products that are prohibited in the locations indicated.
All airsoft guns must have at least a 6 millimeter bright orange muzzle or an orange flash hider. U.S. federal law requires that all airsoft guns are sold with this marking to avoid the guns being mistaken for firearms. If you remove the orange muzzle or flash hider from your airsoft gun, you will void the warranty for that item.
Airguns (guns that shoot pellets or steel BBs) do not have an orange muzzle, nor are they required to have one by the U.S. federal government.
