We bought a starter pack. The bulldogs A4s I think. With extra batteries and a charger. When we got home the charger was wrong. I called them and told them. They shipped straight to my house 50 miles away the correct charger, 2x400 capacity mags and a big container of bullets. Much appreciated! Great customer service. They also let us shoot a bunch of different guns in the store. Very fun experience.

I needed to get a few airsoft guns repaired, so I took them in to Just Airsoft. I had initially planned on dropping them off to get fixed, but they fixed them in less than an hour! I was both impressed and very happy with the service I received.

I came to Just Airsoft Guns 11/15/23 and really liked it. Costumer service was really good and couldn't have asked for better service, they let you hold the guns, shoot them and answer any questions you may have about them and they have a great selection of airsoft guns, as a airsoft beginner this place was great to get jus the right gun. Came into the store today to get a jammed AEG fixed, and I couldn't have left happier. The manager was knowledgeable and friendly, repaired my gearbox promptly and because it was just an anti-reverse latch that needed to be released, didn't even charge me. The selection on hand was HUGE and seriously high quality- truly, this is the kind of store airsofters deserve!

This place is amazing! They have everything! And the staff is very knowledgeable. Nick their manager walked us through the sport step by step, explaining weapons, ammunition, protective gear, etc. He helped modify a couple weapons, choose the best accessories.. This is by far one of the best places to get gear or to have your stuff check by someone that knows what they are talking about. My son's DMR was having issues blowing fuses and we could not figure out why. I did everything I could find on different forums and websites. Nothing was working. One look at it by Nick and five minutes later, tweaking the tension spring on the gear box, his gun was working perfectly. He will be my go to person for all of my AirSoft needs from now on.

My 13yo old is really getting into airsoft and I’ve ordered some things for his gun online that ended up not being correct for his gun. We walked in today looking for help with batteries and they were AWESOME!!! Helped him with a new optic, tracer unit (I didn’t even know that was a thing), and a gear bag. Not only did he get my son set up with everything, he took the time to get it all assembled for him and explain the differences in products for next time and sighted in his new optic for him. Honestly, 5 stars aren’t enough!!!! Thank you guys!!!

When you look for customer service, what do you expect? Quality? Answers to questions? Friendliness? Open Arms? How about every single quality that makes a business approachable and a sheer joy to be in? Just Airsoft has it all. I was delighted when I walked in the front door to be greeted by a nice gentleman in there. I was unsure of the place and I have not had any airsoft experience in quite some time. I was helped by the who I assume was the manager and his associate. They were wonderful. Friendly, kind, helpful, insightful, and he even showed me how to grip a pistol which I was doing wrong for years! and I was in the infantry!!! I had a fantastic experience and they have years of knowledge and a keen sense of expertise unmatched by anyone else in the business. They have a huge inventory and a zeal of the game that inspires the newest and oldest of players. I would give this a 10/10 if I could. Thank you to the guys who helped me today. I give this place my highest recommendation to anyone who needs a new supplier!

Just visited again today. It's got everything you need for airsoft. The staff is great too. My man, Nick, is a great dude. Very knowledgeable and professional. Hey everyone this place is an awesome place. My son is a beginner, and Nick helped us get everything he needed to start. I also want to add that my son pulled the wire out the second day he bought it and Nick said bring it in ill check it out. We het there and Nick looks at it andd says here is your problem, he didnt even charge and it was my son's fault. So i ended up buy another accessory from him a 120$ helmet. They have quality guns gears and everything you need to have some fun at the airsoft fields. If you have kids that are in a shell and have anxiety to be around people I would definitely recommend to try this. This is the first time my son has been around kids. Nick also has been in the industry for over 20+ years. He has and accurate range of 350 so he knows what hes talking about. He also has a very good personality. My son couldn't be any happier. Im so thankful for you nick.

Great store, great inventory, great prices, AMAZING STAFF. Nick is insanely knowledgeable and took his time with me, a new airsoft player/ customer, and answered all of my questions. Was not at all condescending like a lot of places are when you start skiing a lot of questions and they realize you're new to whatever they sell. I called and spoke to him several times and never once was he too busy to assist. Max, another employee there, was also very helpful and knowledgeable as well. There's a young lady, Adaleinne?, or something along those lines that is also extremely kind and helpful as well! They have a test fire range on site and would love to show you what product you're looking at can do. HIGHLY recommend this spot for all your airsoft/ air gun needs. Thanks so much y'all!

My son got an air soft pistol for Christmas which we got off Amazon and he did something that made it not work, it was not returnable and I knew we would need a repair. Found this place on line and we went today to get the pistol repaired. NICK was awesome and fixed the gun In 10 minutes - and wouldn’t charge us for the repair. Completely nice and very generous I felt. Nick was awesome and clearly quite knowledgeable about all things Air Soft. Highly recommend and will return as customers cause you rarely get customer service like this anymore.
