ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Attach the Handle – Secure the handle to the pump using the two supplied screws.
- Install the Pressure Gauge – Carefully screw the manometer (pressure gauge) into the pump.
- Fit the Dry Air Filter – Attach the dry air filter (do not over-tighten).
- Connect the High-Pressure Hose – Insert the hose using the provided multi-tool.
- Tighten the Bleed Valve – Screw down the bleed valve located at the base of the pump.
- Prepare the Hose Connection – Remove the protective plug from the female connector on the hose/filter assembly.
- Insert Fill Probe – Insert your required fill probe into the connector (note: fill probe is not supplied with the pump).
HOW TO USE THE PUMP
- Do Not Pump Too Fast – Maximum recommended pumping rate is 50 strokes per minute.
- High Pressure Warning – Never block or close the air outlet while the pump is operating.
- Stay Within Limits – Do not exceed the maximum pressure of 4500 PSI (300 Bar).
- Pump Slowly & Deliberately – Pause for 1–2 seconds at the top and bottom of each stroke to allow proper airflow through the internal chambers.
- Full Stroke Usage – Always complete each stroke fully. The last 2–3 cm of rod travel delivers most of the compression, making each upstroke essential for efficient filling.
WARNINGS AND MAINTENANCE
- Avoid Overheating – Do not pump continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow the pump to cool for at least 15 minutes between pumping sessions.
- Relieve Pressure After Use – Always open the bleed screw to release pressure from the hose. Never store the pump under pressure.
- Proper Storage – Keep the pump dry, clean, and stored indoors, away from moisture, dust, or extreme temperatures.
- Regular Lubrication – The pump requires re-oiling after approximately 800 strokes. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on re-oiling and seal care.

AIRSOFT GUN AND AIRGUN RESTRICTIONS
It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state, county, and city and to comply with them fully. Below are examples of some state and local restrictions. This list shows products that are prohibited in the locations indicated.
All airsoft guns must have at least a 6 millimeter bright orange muzzle or an orange flash hider. U.S. federal law requires that all airsoft guns are sold with this marking to avoid the guns being mistaken for firearms. If you remove the orange muzzle or flash hider from your airsoft gun, you will void the warranty for that item.
Airguns (guns that shoot pellets or steel BBs) do not have an orange muzzle, nor are they required to have one by the U.S. federal government.
